Tai Chi - Wautoma

Tai Chi Fundamentals is a low impact exercise that puts minimal stress on muscles and joints; making it suitable for older adults. This evidence-based program will practice breath awareness, relaxation, posture, flexibility, mobility and weight shifting and pain management. It can reduce both anxiety and depression, and can even help you sleep at night.

WHERE: Wautoma Fitness 24/7, 480 Towline Road, Wautoma, WI

WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays
