Hospice is special in that our providers not only care for our patients, they also care for the family. Caregivers and other loved ones are supported throughout the hospice journey and for an additional 13 months after the journey ends.
Most hospice patients prefer to remain at home and our hospice team helps make that happen. Care can be provided in the patient’s home, the home of a family member, nursing home, assisted living or other long-term care facility.
