Description:
Fish Management Duties: Conduct surveys, make management recommendations, provide fish stocking and conduct habitat improvements in lakes and streams of the county; private fish stocking permits; provide county lake maps; develop fishing regulation proposals; Fish contaminant assessment; and provide education on the fisheries program in Wisconsin.
Forestry Duties: Provide forestry management assistance on private lands including tree planting, timber sales, timber markets, forest management plans, and property tax incentive laws - Woodland Tax, Forest Crop and Managed Forest Laws.
