- Anyone 60 years and over: $5.00 is a suggested contribution
- Anyone younger than 60 years, the cost is: $12.00 for the hot meal.
Monday, Wednesday and 2nd & 4th Friday of the Month at Noon meals.
Reservations are required 24 hours ahead in order to have enough meals on-hand. To make a reservation, call our Nutrition Program phone number at (920) 746-2523 24 hours in advance Monday through Friday.
Hot Home Delivered Meals (Meals-On-Wheels) / Frozen Meals
Our Hot Home Delivered Meal program is available to older adults who have a difficulty getting out of their home and unable to prepare meals for themselves or do not have assistance in preparing meals.
Meals are delivered between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. For those requiring additional meals, there are frozen meals available to eat on the weekends or who live outside of our hot home delivered meal routes.
