Impact 211 is a 24-hour comprehensive information and referral hotline staffed by trained Community Resource Specialists (CRSs) offering referrals to family and health and human service programs in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Dodge, Jefferson, Walworth, Washington, and Ozaukee Counties. Serves as the coordinated entry point for homeless services in Milwaukee County. Provides free and confidential alcohol and drug consultation and referral services to help people who are concerned about themselves or a loved one. Dial 211.
