Metro Ride Paratransit Service provides non-emergency, specialized transportation for people who are physically or cognitively unable to use a standard transit bus, both ambulatory and non-ambulatory user must be certified by Metro Ride. If you call Metro-Ride at 715-842-9287 by 4:30 pm on the prior day to your trip, a bus will pick you up at your location with-in the Metro-Ride service area.
Eligibilities: Must have a disability which prevents use of a standard transit bus and be within 3/4 mile of a bus route. Must be able to use curb-to-curb service. Application completed by applicant and verified by physician or other verifying agency, and certified by Metro Ride.
