Homemaking, Bathing and Case Management. Case management may be nursing, social work or therapy depending on the individual need. Some services require physicians orders i.e. medication set up/ administration. Community Support Services focus is on maintaining patients in their place of residence through the support of housekeeping, bathing and case management services. Individuals may also be receiving skilled services through Home Care or Hospice, while also receiving support or custodial services.
