Wisconsin residents who are 65 or older who meet one of the four levels of program participation are eligible for the SeniorCare program. Participants must pay a annual enrollment fee of $30 per one enrollee or $60 per couple. If your prescription drugs are covered under another health insurance plan, you can still be enrolled in SeniorCare. Individuals enrolled in Medicaid will not be eligible because Medicaid already provides prescription drug coverage.
