Description:
The Aging and Disability Resource Center of SW WI-North - Richland Center Office provides information and assistance, early intervention & prevention services, brief medication management assessments/services and memory screening. The ADRC assists the general public but focuses on adults w/disabilities and the elderly. Call or stop in during office hours.
The ADRC is the intake point for Family Care and the IRIS Waiver program. Will also work with young adults with disabilities and their families to help them understand their options as they transition out of school and into the adult world.
The ADRC also provides access to Benefits Specialists. Benefit Specialists provide advocacy, and information/eligibility assistance/direct representation on issues of public and private benefits.
