Description:
Provides gas cards to families so they can bring their child (age birth to 21) for cancer treatments to facilities out of the area. It also may provide some gift-cards for food and lodging for families as needs arise and funds are available. At holidays, it provides small gift cards if the child is still under the care of a specialist.
Eligibility: Families with children in treatment for cancer and families who have a child who has suffered a life-threatening accident and is being treated away from home. The children must be age birth to 21 years.
