Elderly Abuse - Provides services for Elder Abuse, Adult Foster Care (Adult Homes). Services are for persons 60 years of age and older with negligent, mental, physical and financial exploitation.
Alzheimer's Support - Provides in home care support to families dealing with Alzheimer's
At Risk Program - Adult at risk program is for persons 60 years and older
Food Stamps (SNAP)
Long Term Care - Provides in home services to clients over the age of 60
Medical Assistance
Mental Health Program - The agency has a multi-disciplinary staff trained and qualified to deal with children and adults experiencing emotional/ behavioral problems. Sliding fee scale.
Supportive Home Care - Supportive home care is assistance with the activities of daily living that are necessary for home and personal care in order to maintain and remain in their own home setting, with safety and independence.
