Description:
The Aurora Adult Day Center provides a variety of social, health care and nutritional services in a supervised, group setting that brings older adults and the disabled out of their isolation and addresses their emotional, intellectual, physical and medical needs. The services provided not only help the center's participants, but also provides respite to their personal caregivers who are given the freedom to maintain a healthy balance between family, career and personal interests.
A host of daily activities including exercise, games, music and art therapy, gardening, cooking classes, memory stimulating activities and community outings lift the spirits of the program participants.
Services include: Therapeutic activities, personal care, social services, nursing services, a hot meals program, massage therapy, exercise program, memory loss care.
