Garden Place provides the apartment-style retirement living that seniors over 55 years of age are looking for at an affordable price. Our apartments are spacious and comfortable. At Garden Place we offer both a feeling of privacy and companionship within a community of friends. We offer studios, one and two bedroom apartment homes with full kitchens, including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. All of our apartment homes feature spacious bathrooms with roll-in showers and additional storage space. Some units offer private patios or balconies. Underground parking is available for an additional fee. Other building amenities include an exercise room and business center.
