Marathon County participates in The National Association of Counties' discount card program to help consumers with prescription drug costs that aren't covered by insurance. Marathon County makes this program available to all County residents regardless of age, income, or existing health coverage. Residents do not have to be Medicare beneficiaries to be eligible for this program, which offers average savings of 20% for commonly prescribed drugs. The cards are available free of charge at:
