Description:
The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program is a special supplemental nutrition program for eligible women, infants, and children. The WIC Program's primary goal is to promote and maintain the health and well being of nutritionally at risk pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants, and children. At the local level, Public Health Nurses provide nursing services in City of Milwaukee WIC clinics.
