Description:
St. Anne's is a Continuum of Care starting with assisted living, enhanced assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing. Respite care may also be available. We are also a Senior Memory Assessment Site with the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute.
Monthly services fees vary by area of campus and level of care. Once a resident lives on our campus and outlives their financial resources, they remain on our campus.
If receiving rehabilitation, the individual must have Medicare and/or Medicare Replacement Plan which would be in network.
All apartments and/or rooms are wheelchair accessible.
