NOTE: In response to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, it has been decided to temporarily suspend our regular hot lunch service in the Open Door Café so we can comply with social distancing guidelines. In its place, during this time, we will be serving bag lunches Sunday through Friday during the regular lunch times of 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM with a hot lunch option on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. These bag lunches are prepared here at the Cathedral.
Provides Open Door Café to feed those who are hungry / homeless and assist with transportation, health appointments as part of outreach ministries.
The Open Door Cafe is the heart of the Cathedral's commitment to outreach, providing a free hot lunch to approximately 150 people a day, six days per week. In addition, the Open Door Cafe provides hygiene kits, transportation assistance and medical, veteran and housing-related outreach to our guests.
