Description:
The Society Thrift Store plays an important role in providing assistance to those in need. Through a staff of employees and volunteers we work to collect, evaluate and merchandise a variety of donated goods. This merchandise provides a low cost shopping alternative of quality goods to low income individuals and families or anyone wanting to save money. Those who cannot afford the clothing, furniture and other household items are provided for through a Vincentian initiated referral system.
Service Area: Southern WI and Northern IL. Conference Meeting - 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:15 pm.
Services Provided:
Resale Shop: As on organization we provide a number of important functions to the local community. By collecting such items as clothing, furniture, household items, appliances, and other items, we are one of the major recycling resources in the county.
Medical Equipment & Supplies: Free loan of medical equipment as available.
Financial Assistance: We provide rental assistance, utility assistance, food and lodging to needy individuals and families; as well as numerous other needs. We also offer in kind assistance in the form of clothing, furniture and household items
Food Pantry: Mobil - 3rd Thurs of the month from 3:00-4:00pm. Time slots being used.
