Description:
Provides in home autism services of specialized programming provided to children in their home for a minimum of 10 to 20 hours/week and up to a maximum of 40 hours/week. Must have a vervified diagnosis of Autism or Asperger's Syndrome, a disability determination, six month Wisconsin residency, one year committment from the family to participate, a qualified provider ready to provide services, less than three years of intensive in home service from any source, child is 8 years of age or younger.
