The Ozaukee County Department of Human Services provides comprehensive programming for adults with mental health issues who lack the resources to obtain services elsewhere in the community. Consumers work with a multidisciplinary team to identify their needs and develop treatment plans that reduce the need for inpatient hospitalization and maintain the least restrictive living environment.

Walk-ins are accepted between 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. All new and returning clients are asked to attend one of the orientations before they are scheduled with a therapist. Even if you are only seeking medication management services, you will be required to have an evaluation session with a therapist completed prior to seeing one of our doctors.

Crisis intervention services can be obtained 24 hours, 7 days per week through the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Dispatch Center at (262) 284-7172.
