Family Support Program provides advocacy, support, and assistance for children and/or adults with disabilities regarding school issues, IEP assistance, Social Security/Medicare benefits, and other county or government programs and/or to locate services and resources.
Loan Closet Program provides adaptive equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, commodes, canes, etc.) at no cost. Can be loaned as long as needed for adults and/or children with temporary or permanent physical disabilities.
