Description:
PSG Supportive home services assist older adults and individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently and helps to maintain health and well-being. Customized care can be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. Will assess and customize service needs to ensure that the level of care is always appropriate and beneficial.
Level One (in-home assistance)services include meal preparation and clean-up, diet monitoring, medication reminders, light housekeeping and laundry, companionship, help with making and keeping appointments and running errands.
Level Two services (personal care) include transfers to tub and shower, bathing, bathroom and hygiene assistance, dressing and grooming and medication monitoring.
Care providers undergo an extensive screening process (i.e. criminal background check, child protective services history and professional and personal reference checks). In addition, all staff members are insured and bonded.
