Medication Management

This workshop is for indivduals that take medications (over-the-counter, prescribed, and herbal supplements) or for caregivers that help with medications distributions. This class is free and will meet once a week for an hour for 4 weeks.

March 10-31st (Wednesdays) 1-2 
Endeavor - Civic Center, 400 Church St., Endeavor

Tai Chi

Tai Chi can be done at any ability level (standing or in a chair). It is not vigorous, we do not get on the floor. The class will meet twice a week for 1 hour sessions. The complete class cost is $25.00

Brown Bag - Medications

March 19th from 11 to 12pm at the Colma Dining Site

CHN, Director of Pharmacy, Craig Griffins is volunteering his time to come to the mealsite to meet one-on-one with those that want to dicuss their CURRENT medications (prescribed, over-the-counter, and herbal supplements). This program is free to all of the participants. Participants are encourage to sign up for a meal that day

Nintendo Wii

The Nintendo Wii will be located at the Plainfield and Wild Rose mealsites during the month of March
